Tracee Ellis Ross will join Mrs. Obama in promoting When We All Vote’s Watch Party on Twitter during tonight’s episode

(Washington, DC): Today, starting at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT, When We All Vote, founded by Co-Chair Michelle Obama, will host a Twitter Watch Party ahead of the black-ish farewell season premiere, airing at 9:30 p.m. ET on ABC. The episode will feature Mrs. Obama attending a When We All Vote fundraiser with main characters Rainbow Johnson  (Tracee Ellis Ross) and Dre Johnson (Anthony Anderson). Fans tuning in to the show can join the Watch Party here and tweet with When We All Vote and Mrs. Obama using #WWAVBlackish. Mrs. Obama and Tracee Ellis Ross promoted the watch party in this video.

When We All Vote is a national, nonpartisan initiative on a mission to change the culture around voting and to increase participation in each and every election by closing the race and age voting gaps. In 2021, nearly 10,000 volunteers joined When We All Vote as the organization registered voters, hosted phone banks and demanded action from Congress on voting rights, justice in policing and DC statehood. Volunteers made 5.2 million voter contacts, and more than 15,000 people advocated for federal voting rights legislation through When We All Vote’s advocacy tools.
