When We All Vote will host the Ramp Up The Vote Rally to ensure every American makes their voice heard at the ballot box
(Washington, DC): On Thursday, August 25th at 8 p.m. ET, When We All Vote will host the Ramp Up The Vote Rally featuring Co-Chair Megan Rapinoe, Jay Ellis and other special guests in partnership with The Leadership Conference Education Fund. The virtual rally will build momentum and excitement among volunteers as they prepare to register thousands of voters ahead of When We All Vote’s National Voter Registration Week of Action in September.
This year, Americans will elect all 435 members of the House of Representatives, 35 out of 100 senators and countless elected officials in local and state governments. While Election Day isn’t until November 8th, voters must start now to prepare themselves and their communities to use their voices and get out to the ballot box. During the rally, When We All Vote will call on all attendees to check their voter registration status, reach out to three friends to do the same and host voter registration events across the country in September.
