(Washington, DC): On Sunday, January 3rd, When We All Vote will host Celebrate Georgia!, a drive-in concert experience ahead of the Senate Runoff Election, in partnership with The New Georgia Project, Live Nation Urban, ONE Musicfest, BET, More Than A Vote and more. Celebrate Georgia! will feature performances from Monica, Rick Ross, DJ Drama, Jack Harlow, Jeezy, Keri Hilson, DJ Mars, OHSO and Pastor Troy. Kenny Burns and Su Solo will serve as hosts for the event. The event will also be live streamed on a number of platforms and can be viewed here

Celebrate Georgia! will include video messages from Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, When We All Vote Co-Chairs Michelle Obama, Janelle Monáe, Tracee Ellis Ross, Kerry Washington and Chris Paul as well as Ambassadors Common, Jidenna, Yara Shahidi, Regina Hall and more. The special evening will also spotlight the work of When We All Vote’s leading Georgia partners and volunteers while celebrating Georgia voters. 

The New Georgia Project will host two satellite drive-in events in Augusta and Savannah, GA for members of the public to view the concert, have a free meal and grab merchandise.

Celebrate Georgia! will follow CDC Covid-19 protocols. The event is an effort to celebrate those that voted early and build momentum to get those who have not voted yet voted out to the polls on Election Day. Celebrate Georgia! will remind voters of their power, inspire voters to make their voices heard again, encourage volunteers and shine a light on the work happening on the ground in the Peach State.

In response to COVID-19, When We All Vote is leading the fight for fair and safe elections by supporting the expansion of access to vote-by-mail, early in-person voting and online voter registration so every American can make their voices heard.
