WASHINGTON, DC — Today, in celebration of the anniversary of the signing of the Voting Rights Act, “When We All Vote” announced the “When We All Vote” Week of Action.
From September 22 to September 29, the team will crisscross the country to speak with and register voters, get folks fired up, and ready to vote in the midterm elections and beyond.
There will be flagship events across the country and the campaign is calling on people across the country to host events in their communities throughout the week. Starting today, people can sign up online to attend a flagship event and download the When We All Vote toolkit with instructions on how to plan their community events and register voters.
Mrs. Obama and the other “When We All Vote” Co-Chairs will attend and or support some of the events on the ground.
More details on the Co-Chairs and Ambassadors participation will be announced in the comings weeks.
